Cooking for a family with kiddos can be hard to balance. Eating home cooked meals is important to my hubby and me. Eating good food is a passion we share. We both work outside the home full time. This adds an imbalance to cooking healthy meals for us to eat as a family. My goal is to cook two meals for each work week. Weekends can be easier to handle, so two good meals and left overs are what we survive on during the week.
Starting next Monday I will share two recipes for you to try each week. I can’t guarantee your whole family will enjoy them, but they are tried and truly liked by at least a couple of us!
