1 1/2 cups milk
1 cup shredded cheese
Variety of veggies (onions, peppers, mushrooms, spinach, broccoli)
1 teaspoon salt
3/4 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon paprika
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Heat oil in a 12″ cast iron skillet , medium-high heat.
Sauté vegetables in oil until softened.
In a mixer beat eggs, milk and spices. Mix in shredded cheese at the very end.
Poor egg mixture over sautéed vegetables.
Cook in oven 40-45 minutes. The center should bounce back when you tap it.
Let sit for 5-10 minutes before serving.
